Yo guys, i'm wanting a new PSU so i can safely overclock without my crap "come with case" PSU blowing out.
If one of you guys has one running spare, preferably >600W, i'll buy it for a decent price.
I don't wanna' pay RRP for a brand new one.

Also, if any of you guys has some DDR2 RAM, i need at least 1 stick of 2GB, preferably 2 sticks of 2GB.
I'm not limited to my Mhz and i need to stay under 4GB. (32bit OS).

Thanks guys ! biggrin.gif

even with 4 GB you will still need a 64bit operating system to fully address it all. 3.2gig is your limit near enough.

As for PSU I haven't got one spare. Or any ram. In a few months maybe when I make the jump to DDR3.

Ugh ... I got told it was 3.6GB it addresses, i was like 0.4GB isn't too much ...
It was just my loading times are a little slow....
Is there a way to update to 64bit, or do i need a complete wipe for that ?

TO be honest, go get a OCZ 600w stealth PSU. For 50 quid, its lasted me over 3 years and has been totally submerged in liquid and still works. Its running my 3 graphics card, quad core system atm and its stable.

And yes, a total wipe is needed to install 64bit. But I recommend using 64bit anyway. You just get better load times and a generally better experience using windows. Well you do now atleast. I remember the days of XP 64bit.
