Nope. Nuthin. But then again, nothing is selling at the moment for anyone - s'the quiet time of the year, and it's the quietest year that everyones ever had... factors? Less money to spend as folks have cash tied up in monthly gaming subscriptions... More competition in the market due to watercooling catching on big style and larger regular trade and retail outlets now carrying SOME form of watercooling... Price wars meaning smaller companies can't compete with larger companies... lack of knowledge meaning folks'll buy anything that's cheap rather than invest in quality kit...
S'all gone pear-shaped in the watercooling / overclocking world since StarWars Galaxies came out basically... hit counters reflect such across the board for most of the smaller watercooling sites. Once watercooling became commercially viable, you can guarantee the good stuff stops selling. Folks don't have to look as hard to find watercooling stuff, so first place they stagger across they generally end up buying. They don't get to the point of finding out that there's better available. Watercooling's become too accessible to the point that folks simply don't have to research it. They can go anywhere and pick up a kit and it does the job for them... we attempted to compete with our £100 kits... but kits haven't sold in a LONG time. S'all individual bits or custom kits rather than prespec'd. The whole market's changed this year. Partially for the better, but in the larger scale of things for the worse. -------------------- I'm just a forum admin... I don't work here...

Hi,
I'd like to buy one of these kits. Just followed the link to here from your website. I'd want one with the 120.3 radiators though, as want it to be able to handle some serious high voltage / volt modding action! Do you know when you'll have those available? I assume your still waiting on getting stock on the 120.3 Pa160 rads as you've only got the 120.1 on your site at the moment. Any idea on a price? how much extra are they likely to be over the 120.1 kit? Thanks |

The 160.1 and the 120.3 are completely different types of radiators.
One is a single 120mm fan model, with a 160mm radiator, the second is a 3 x 120mm fan model, in a single line. But dear god, a 160.3 would look impressive -------------------- ~ Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 ~ Shuttle SP35P2 ~ 8Gb Kingston Ultra Low Profile ~ ATI HD5770 ~ |

STILL working on em - they're not the easiest case to do for a HE120.3 as our drill is too big to fit where I need it to... should hopefully have some pix later today... am trying to retain 6 HDD bays in the lower section.

OK cool. Im not that rushed for it anyway, waiting on RDX 200 or NF4 expert availablity for my new system anyway. If its any easier, I'd be just as happy with the kit modded into a Stacker! lol This post has been edited by Grant: Oct 19 2005, 09:50 AM |

You do realise with the Build-a-Kit section of the store, at the bottom you can choose from a list of cases and tick the "prefit my waterkit" box, or just tick the "prefit my waterkit" box and add a case from elsewhere in the store to your order....? That option has ALWAYS been there...

If I basically order the same thing in a stacker, is the DD D5 pump and the Laing D5 pump the same? Whereabouts in the case would you prefit the pa120.3 rad? got any pictures of one you've done before? When will you have more storm waterblocks? It would'nt quote the price cause it said your out of stock. Cheers |

DD D5 Pump and Laing D5 pump are EXACTLY the same. They're the same thing. Usually prefit in either the bottom or the top. No pix. Leave Storm off, add to cart, then just add price of storm on top and that's the price.
Don't have an ETA for Storm restocks atm. -------------------- I'm just a forum admin... I don't work here...

The Lian LI u use for the v2k cases does'nt have one does it? |

Managed to source a storm waterblock ready from the other place with a similar name. Am i right in thinking the DangerDen Maze4 fits ATI or Nvidia cards? Still not sure If im gonna get a 7800 GTX or X1800 XT. Cheers. |

And presenting....
The V2K Pro! ![]() Mounting the pump had me stumped for a short while, but the obvious solution soon made itself apparent. HDD Uprights have been relocated as far forward as possible, and the front fan mounted between the perforated front panel and the chassis itself to make enough room. This case has plenty of space... allowing:
