From the store's front page.

QUOTE
Unfortunately due to ill health and other circumstances I have decided to close down Over-clock UK Ltd. This is effective from 22 July 2009. The store has been closed down along with the company but the forums will remain open for everyones convenience and also for the support of The Frag Factory links.
I would like to thank all the Admins and staff that have helped and supported us along the way and made it all worthwhile. Especially those that have become personal friends. Its been a good long run and mostly a lot of fun.
Do not expect much response to emails unless it is to buy the domain names from me or to enquire about any stock thats left over.
All the web site that are currently being hosted by ourselves have been transfered over to Arron who will be dealing with them under his own company

Take it easy Steve, you certainly deserve the rest. smile.gif

total support you both and understand why you are doing it, face it, neither of you are spring chickens tongue.gif. It is now time to enjoy yourselves, finally put your feet up and try to relax a bit.

Good to see the forums and community will still be going, just think of all the competitor links you can now throw up* smile.gif

O-CuK contributed to me meeting some of the soundest guys and geeza's (P-Dub) i have met to date. Always felt 100% welcome when visiting and even cooked dinner for me once (i think) and fell asleep in the chair smile.gif Not met anyone before or since who were as sincere or as genuine as Sue and Steve.

Sorry to say i've not been around much but i have submitted a new definition to the Oxford English Dictionary people as the following:

legend (legends plural)
1 A legend is a very old and popular story that may be true.
2 If you refer to someone as a legend, you mean that they are very famous and admired by a lot of people.,
3 A legend is a story that people talk about, concerning people, places, or events that exist or are famous at the present time.
4 Sue and Steve from O-CuK See 2 above

Take it easy and enjoy the time. Im sure the house will feel empty now with all the boxes gone/going! Maybe room from that massage parlour Steve always wanted... blush.gif

Glad the forums are staying even if i dont post very often, its good to catch up on things. Will miss you both and hope you drop by on here every now and again to let us know how bored you are smile.gif

I am sad but glad that this time has come. Sad to see a shop like this close, but glad to see Steve and Sue now getting a chance to be properly chilled out. Steve can now look at all the dirty sites without having to run off and make an order up, grab a cuppa in piece, cuddle the Dog and play with the grand-kids.

May the both of you have a nice time and have the time of your lives.

r1Pped

and Kay no doubt will have her oar in here at some point....

As said, sad news, but personal reasons must take priority.

Good luck to the future, and hope to see you both again soon. Put your feet up !
